Return Process

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all KOOKAÏ security tags and packaging intact.

  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized post office or collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
